Question: Do I need my Account number to shop on-line?

  • Answer : Once you have registered your account online, we are able to positively identify you when you log into the site. You can place orders and review account information—all without having to remember your account number.

Question: What is a Wish List?

  • Answer : Your Wish List is a page to set aside items that you have not yet decided to buy or are considering for the future. Items will remain in your Wish List indefinitely unless they are no longer available on the Website.
Question: How do I use the Shopping Cart?
  • Answer : The cart on our site is used in the same way you would use a shopping cart in a store!For example a pair of hand painted shoes you add to your cart are kept there until you are ready to make your purchase. You can view your cart's content  by clicking on the icon located in the upper-right-hand corner (on the Header)of the Unique Boutique website. This area also keeps count of how many items you have in your cart. When you want to add a pair of hand painted shoes to your cart, just click "Add to cart" located on each item page. You can remove your hand painted item  from your cart by checking the Remove button in the Options column, located on the right side of the cart page itself. When you're ready to submit your Unique Boutique order, click on Proceed to Checkout.
Question: What is Express Checkout?
  • Answer : Express Checkout enables you to purchase items without having to visit the cart Page. You can purchase the one item for which you have clicked Quick Buy without including any items that may already be in your cart.
Question:  How do I place an order without using the your web site?
  • Answer : You can download our online .pdf document  product catalog here and mail in your order form. Or you can call in your order on our answering service via our automated ordering system. By calling 1-877-   -    .  For live help - contact us via the Live help button during normal business hours from Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 pm. EST eastern time.
Question: How Can I take advantage of the Special Offers and Discounts from Unique Boutique's web site?
  • Answer : The best bet is to sign up for our Ezine! Questions: How do I know if you got My Order?
  • Answer:You'll receive two emails from Unique Boutique after you place your order and provide us with a valid email address. The first email confirms that your order was received your order confirmation number. The second email confirms that your order was shipped from our studio.You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on the Order Status link provided in the email, or on the bottom right corner of our website.

Questions: How do I check my Order Status?

  • Answer:You can check the status of your AtUniqueBoutique.com orders by clicking on Order Status at the bottom under Accounts of any page on the web site. Go to your Order History page, where you'll see the orders that you have placed. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.

Questions: Can you ship to Multiple Addresses?

  • Answer:You can only ship to one address at a time when you checkout. If you are shopping for people at a different address, you will need to place each order separately.

Questions: Why do you need to check my Address?

  • Answer:To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S. Postal Service's database of valid your address. The system will identify any errors in the address you entered and ask you to correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in your Unique Boutique shipment.

Questions: How long will it take for me to get my Custom Order?

  • Answer:Each Unique Boutique item is handmade and or hand painted. Please refer to the item descriptions of the time frame. All our packages are shipped via Priority Mail. We also offer overnight shipping for your convenience. If you need a Unique Boutique item right away please check out our READY TO SHIP section.
